Digital Design 1
Mission: The mission
of this program is to provide students with the
positive life habits and business skills needed
to succeed in the digital desktop publishing and
graphic design industry. Students will
gain the technical expertise to create a wide
variety of graphic and publishing materials.
Description:
The Digital
Design 1 program offers a broad foundation of
knowledge and skills to prepare students for
employment in digital publishing positions.
The program stresses understanding and
demonstration of the following elements of the
digital publishing industry: planning,
management, finance, technical and production
skills; underlying principles of technology and
design. This program is competency based.
