Wireless Telecommunications

Mission:  The mission of this program is to provide training in the field of computer network administration and wireless-networking technologies through a combination of industry recognized certification courses and state-of-the-art instruction.

Description:  The Wireless Telecommunications program has been designed for both entry-level and experienced students interested in gaining skills necessary for employment in the field of Information Technology.  Certified instructors provide training in the Computer, Networking, and Wireless Networking fields through a combination of hands-on lab work and state-of-the-art instruction.

Occupational Completion Points

·         Computer Support Technician - 150 hours

·         Computer Support Specialist - 300 hours

·         Network Support Technician - 150 hours

·         Network Specialist - 300 hours

·         Network Administrator - 300 hours

·         Wireless Network Administrator - 300 hours

Successful completion of an OCP may qualify a student for employment.

Costs

·         Tuition and Lab: $4,800.00

·         Additional estimated costs for fees, books, and other expenses: $1056.00

Schedule

·         Full Time Session: Monday-Friday 7:30 am -2:10 pm

·         Part Time AM Session: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 10:30 am

·         Part Time PM Session: Monday-Friday 11:10 am - 2:10 pm

·         Evening Session: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
