HVACR 2

Mission:  The mission of the program is to prepare students for employment as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians and to provide advanced training to the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration industry.

Description:  The HVACR 2 (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating) specializes in instruction and laboratory activities including planning, installing, testing and servicing of A/C refrigeration, heating systems and components.  This training also focuses on management, technical and production skills, underlying principles of technology, labor and community issues, and health and safety and environmental issues. This program is competency based.
