Medical Lab Assisting

Mission:  The mission of this program is to prepare students for entry-level positions in clinical laboratory settings such as hospitals, outpatient laboratory facilities and research laboratories.

Description:  As a Medical Lab Assistant, you will assist with laboratory work.  With new medical advances come new ways to test for diseases and, consequently, new lab assistants to handle the increase workload.  Upon completion of the program, you can gain certification as a Medical Lab Assistant and Phlebotomist.
